Secret Files, a series of Japanese magazines Capcom produced during the mid ‘90s returns for a special one-off issue: Secret File Vol. 28. The last time Capcom had published a Secret File was in 2010: Volume 27. which was centered around Tatsunoko vs. Capcom, and before that Vol. 26 came out in 1999. These mags feature artwork and chronicle the developments of a specific Capcom game; they usually add up to no more than 12 pages.
Volume 28 is all about Street Fighter V: Champion Edition. There’s plenty of art by Bengus, famous for his work on several Capcom games (notably, Strider 2 and Marvel vs. Capcom 2) Check it out to see the Street Fighter cast cosplaying as Mega Man characters.
