CD Projekt RED, the developer for the upcoming game, Cyberpunk 2077, has started a mysterious stream on its official Twitch channel.
The stream is entitled “Data Transmission in Progress_,” and shows nothing but lines of code against a black background. Currently, the reason behind the stream is still unknown, but it is expected that the developer may be announcing new information on the upcoming game soon.
Of course, the Internet already voiced out their speculations on what this stream is about. The Cyberpunk 2077 subreddit is already pumped with fan theories with some people saying that the latest innovation in tech is hidden in the stream, while others guessed that a specific release date might be revealed once the stream ends.
As of now, there’s no definite way of knowing what this stream may mean for Cyberpunk 2077. However, this mysterious transmission is clearly showing the hype for the game given that 55,000 people are currently tuning in to a stream that is just showing a bunch of codes.
Cyberpunk 2077 still has no release date as of now but is expected to launch on the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.
