Released back in August 2020 was the Children of Morta’s Paws and Claws DLC which added an animal shelter to the game—an entirely new section in the Bergson family home—alongside animal-related boosts during dungeon exploration, and the ability to feed and care for a variety of pets. From day one of its release, 11 bit studios and developers Dead Mage have contributed 100% of their proceeds to Humane Society International (HSI), an organization dedicated to protecting the lives of, and improving the living conditions for, animals worldwide.
As we enjoy this holiday season, a time when we celebrate friends, family, pets, and more, 11 bit studios is pleased to pass on some heart-warming news. The Paws and Claws DLC has officially raised over $300,000 USD for charity! In light of this accomplishment, 11 bit studios would like to extend a warm thank you to players around the globe for their continuous support for HSI, and for their tremendous generosity while they also raised money for Ukraine through sales of This War of Mine and other titles.
They don’t intend to stop this continued charity offer and if you would like to contribute, while also picking up a new well-reviewed title, Children of Morta and the Paws and Claws DLC are available now on PC via Steam, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch.
