According to Gematsu, Crimson Desert has just announced a delay from a late 2025 release date to a Q1 2026 release date. The MMORPG has been quite the talk for a while and a release date is the one thing fans have been waiting for, so hopefully we do get one sooner rather than later.
In a statement available to Gematsu,
“The release date has been internally confirmed for Q1 2026. However, given the change in launch timing, we will announce the date at a more appropriate time based on business considerations, rather than making an announcement at Gamescom next week. We are grateful for your continued interest in our company, and we will do our utmost to deliver an even better experience going forward.”
If you have been waiting for the game to release, you will have to wait a little longer.
The game is set to launch for the PS5, Xbox Series consoles and PC.
