There are some large prizes to be won over the 27th-30th April weekend, as Blue Isle Studios and CurseForge team up to provide a free event for a wide range of gamers.

From April the 24th, LEAP is free to play for a week across several platforms. PlayStation, Xbox, and Steam users are all welcome to join in the fun.

The free play isn’t all that’s on offer. Blue Isle and Curseforge are also offering the chance to win one of six Alienware PCs, and free game codes for players who take part in the #TakeTheLeap challenge.

To have a chance at the prizes, players need to take part in the free week on one of the six participating servers. The Hell Of The Mercenaries, LEAP Hardpoint, OnlyDragons, Snipers VS Runners by th_mrow, One in the Chamber by th_mrow, and Fiesta by th_mrow are the places to be.

Players will need to record some gameplay that’s particularly interesting or impressive and post it to Twitter, Instagram, or Tiktok with the hashtag #TakeTheLEAP. Entries need to be in by May 3rd, and winners will be announced on May 6th.

LEAP is a frantic shooter following the ruthless LEAP mercenaries, which features a mix of gunplay and wild acrobatic movement as players make use of their merc’s cybernetic enhancement and the range of crazy vehicles to traverse the terrain with deadliness and style.
