ILA: A Frosty Glide is a charming indie title about a young witch who has lost her cat, Coco, and must use her broom to “surf” around a snowy mountain village in search of him. It’s a cute and colorful experience that is all but certain to warm your heart (despite its cold setting) — but how long will it take you to see it through? Here’s how long it takes to beat ILA: A Frosty Glide.
How long does it take to beat ILA: A Frosty Glide?
ILA: A Frosty Glide is a relatively short and sweet game, but it rewards exploration over just mainlining the experience. You’ll get the most out of this adorable title by spending your time checking all of its many nooks and crannies for hidden collectibles, coins, and clothing.
That being said, if your goal is just to find Coco and wrap up the main story, you can beat ILA: A Frosty Glide in around 3 hours. It only contains a handful of areas to explore and some fairly simple puzzles to solve, so there won’t be much friction in reaching its credits.
If you do decide to aim for 100% completion — which includes finding every chest, collecting all of the clothing in the game, and doing a few miscellaneous tasks for NPCs — you can stretch things out to 5-6 hours. Much of the challenge of completion comes from some extremely well-hidden collectibles that may elude you for quite a while. Keep at it, though, and be sure to check and recheck areas over and over until you round up everything.
However you decide to play ILA: A Frosty Glide, you can do so now on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series S|X, Nintendo Switch, or PC.
