The next iteration in the Silent Hill franchise is here, and it’s another psychological horror game that’s perfect for the spooky season. Silent Hill: Townfall takes place in Scotland, and you play as Simon Ordell who returned to the island of St. Amelia to learn the hidden truths. Silent Hill: Townfall will take the average player around 13 hours to complete. Depending on which difficulty you’re on, you may have a much simpler time playing Silent Hill: Townfall. You can turn on puzzle hints and lower the combat difficulty, which can probably help you to finish Silent Hill: Townfall in around 10 hours.
Although this is a fairly linear game, completionists who want to get all the achievements and endings can expect Silent Hill: Townfall’s gameplay time to vastly change, as each ending will require a separate playthrough. There are five different endings for players to work toward, and while three of these are available on a typical playthrough, two of them are locked behind New Game Plus. Having these alternate endings to chase down gives you ample reasons to continue playing through this horror experience.
