The correct solution to the pharmacy locker puzzle in Silent Hill: Townfall is 6539. But how did we get here? You solve this puzzle by looking at your CRTV and checking the posters that it hints at in the looping video.
The video starts with the hand-washing poster that shows hands with only six fingers appearing. After that is the “Prescription Drugs And You” sign that shows the number five in a large font.
Right after is the poster near the front of the store with a blood pressure monitor. The monitor has a reading pointing to the number three. Finally, you’ll see an antibiotics poster with only nine pills left in their packaging.
It’s not as obvious as you’d think, but once you look hard enough, you’ll see the signs. Now head over to the locker, enter 6539 to open it, and continue the story!
