Although it’s not the first achievement you can miss, it does go by very quickly. Your opportunity to see the joke ending easter egg occurs in the opening section of the game, as you run and gun your way through a zoo to save Lizzie, your sister.
Play through it normally until you finally reach her. A large group of bounty hunters will arrive to kill Lizzie, but they change their minds once they see you. They’ll then start cheering for you to kill her, which is humorously at odds with what the game wants you to do.
If you’re wondering what happens if you shoot Lizzie, the answer is that it gives you The Good Ending achievement. The screen will cut to black and show you a short roll of credits, complete with photos from this what-if ending.
Anyone worried about losing progress can rest easy. After the credits are finished, or once you skip them, you’ll be sent back to a checkpoint that’s thankfully placed right before the moment above.
