ICYMI: PlayStation Plus Is Giving Away A Huge STAR WARS Title In January

The PlayStation Blog has recently announced its upcoming lineup of free games for PlayStation Plus members and they are starting out the new year with a huge bang. PlayStation is giving away EA’s giant single-player feat, Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order for both PS5 and PS4. This title was a massive hit amongst the Star Wars community with its soul-lite influence and narrative storytelling. Respawn Entertainment developed a huge hit for the franchise, which was much needed since we haven't gotten a true decent Star Wars video game entry, arguably, since The Force Unleashed.

Along with this massive Star Wars title, PlayStation Plus members will also be able to get their hands on Fallout 76. Although the title was met with some heavy criticism at launch, it seems to have gotten some much-needed improvements since its release. These updates have helped improve the game and win back some fans of the series to come back and spend a bit more time with the latest entry in the Fallout series. Fallout 76 will be available to download for PS4.

The third free title for January is the ever-popular Metroidvania platformer Axiom Verge 2 for PS5 and PS4. Players will be able to explore an alternate earth-like world of a high-tech civilization. Players will have to fight through monsters and hack a variety of tech in order to survive the dangerous world.

All three titles will become available to download for free on January 3rd for PlayStation Plus members. Be sure to grab your December games now before they are gone on January 2nd!
