Focused around bringing an Indonesian culture horror story to a playable experience, indie studio Ozysoft has been working on Pulang Insanity. It wasn’t long ago they released a playable demo which showed off how the game would play out and after enjoying my fearful playthrough of that, I have been looking forward to the final release.
To help announce their release date, they made a quick announcement about it releasing in Q1 2020 which was replaced with an official release date within 24 hours giving us a reason to look forward to February. Set to launch on February 25 via Steam, this game is going to put us in the shoes of someone who fell into poverty and became prosperous once more by using the “Pesugihan” ritual. This is a real ritual that I explained further when I was first talking about this game three years ago. Summarized to say, it didn’t allow his wealth-based happiness to last.
