It's less than a month now until the release of The Sojourn on September 20th, and we couldn't be more excited. There has been a number of puzzle games that have captured the attention of players lately, and this one is shaping up to be a memorable experience.
The developer, Shifting Tides, describes the game as "a thought provoking first-person puzzle game in which you traverse the parallel worlds of light and darkness in search of answers." The beautiful world and the numerous puzzles that obstruct your path remind us of The Witness, which is one of the best indie titles in recent memory. Unlike that fabulous game, though, The Sojourn has four distinct chapters that will challenge the player in different ways, and reality appears to warp as your progress through the enchanting story.
There are so many puzzles to decipher, and we can't wait to see how the mystery of the narrative weaves through the game. The Sojourn will release on Xbox One and PS4, and it's also available through the Epic Games Store.
