After having multiple successful launches of their 2016 hit horror game, Layers of Fear, Bloober Team is bringing the VR version to the final platform missing their game from its library. Layers of Fear VR originally released on the Oculus and HTC Vive for PCVR, but they announced that it will come to PlayStation VR on April 29th.
Fall into the depths of madness as you take control of a painter aiming to finish his Magnum Opus. Uncover visions, fears, and horrors that entwine the painter while exploring the depths of an ever-changing Victorian mansion filled with macabre artwork. All brought to life in a truly immersive and frightening virtual reality adventure that was redesigned with virtual reality in mind for greater interactivity and immersion.
This platform release is a continuation of the company’s strategy to bring its quality horror games to popular Virtual Reality platforms. Next, I hope to see their Blair Witch title come to the PSVR.
