Marvel Strike Force, the latest mobile game that showcases the franchise’s heroes and villains, is out now on iOS and Android devices.
Marvel Strike Force is a free-to-play squad-based action game and features over 70 Marvel heroes and villains that includes Captain America, Iron Man, Spider-Man, Wolverine, Doctor Strange, Groot, and many others. The game was developed by FoxNet, a subsidiary company of Fox. Marvel Strike Force is the studio’s first game.
“Marvel Strike Force is our first major release for an internally produced game,” said Amir Rahimi, vice-president of FoxNext Games via GamesBeat. “We are lucky, as this year is likely to be biggest of all time for Marvel. The timing couldn’t be better.”
Furthermore, Jay Ong, the Senior Vice-President of Games and Innovation at Marvel Entertainment said in a press release that:
“Marvel Strike Force perfectly demonstrates how we use games as a driver of the Marvel brand. Featuring a wholly original storyline that has gamers mixing and matching superheroes and supervillains in never-before-seen alliances, this game is authentically Marvel and one of our most highly-anticipated projects this year.”
In Marvel Strike Force, players select their squad and upgrade each character as they fight through villains. You can check out the trailer for the game below.
