Those who missed out on playing Insomniac Games’ Marvel’s Spider-Man games on PlayStation 4 and 5, will be able to finally play the game on another platform. Marvel’s Spider-Man Remastered is officially releasing on PC on August 12th with Marvel’s Spider-Man: Miles Morales also arriving in Fall of 2022.
Both new games will feature PC-specific features such as render settings, ray tracing, and more which are to be announced at a future date. Of course, these releases will include each title’s full main story, with Spider-Man Remastered also including its 3 additional DLC story chapters that include more story-building missions and challenges.
This proves a major milestone for players who are seeing more and more PlayStation exclusives come to PC. This historic move could signal a shift in releases on PC to include first-day releases at some point. Only time will tell if Sony will embrace PC as Microsoft has.
