An anticipated title that is set to bring us a horror cocktail mix of the beloved and frightful Dead Space series with a heavy-handed twist of Lovecraft’s famous cosmic horror style has announced the official launch date. Rock Pocket Games teamed up with Funcom to create Moons of Madness and they have shown off some interesting footage of the game, including an awesome 12-minute gameplay video full of confusion and scares. Originally planned to launch on Steam, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One at the same time, their official launch date announcement has shined the light on the truth.
Those of us with a gaming computer will be able to play this space horror game as early as October 22nd, meaning one week from today, but if you were hoping to get it on PlayStation 4 or Xbox One then the wait will continue until January 21st, 2020. While this isn’t a huge deal, it is always nice to have access to new horror games during the spooky season.
On the other hand, the announcement trailer shows off flashes of the various intense moments we will encounter throughout the game. This game is certainly looking like a must-have title that will keep us on the edge of our seats! Check it out for yourself and consider if the wait until early 2020 is worth it or if Steam is now your new first choice to grab your copy of Moons of Madness:
