Now that we are only a few weeks away from the release of the sequel title to A Plague Tale: Innocence, developers Asobo Studio and publisher Focus Home Interactive are spilling more details. While we recently got a look into the gameplay, they have unveiled some story details for A Plague Tale: Requiem with this latest trailer.
As Amicia and Hugo set out to find a mysterious island in the hope of ending the curse which runs through Hugo’s blood, they find themselves having to rely on the help of the people they meet. Walking into foreign territory, the young de Runes are unlikely to make it alone… but how much trust can they place in strangers? The answer seems as uncertain as the island is beautiful and terrifying.
A Plague Tale: Requiem will release October 18 on Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5, PC via Steam and Epic Games Store, and in Cloud Version on Nintendo Switch. It will also be available on Game Pass for both Xbox and PC. Keep in mind that it isn’t too late to pre-order the game and snag the collector’s edition they announced as well!
