When it comes to remastering a game, it looks like Bloober Team is aiming to really show how it’s done with their upcoming remaster of Observer_, which they have dubbed Observer System Redux. Planning to release sometime this 2020 Holiday season on only the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X, they wanted to share a comparison video that shows how much the new system’s capabilities have allowed them to improve the quality of their cyberpunk world.
This remake was originally teased closer to the beginning of this year, but now we can see some of the official work that has gone into it. I’ll be honest and admit that when I first heard of the remaster I was hoping for a sequel since the first game was a great horror game, but now that I see how they have improved it I have to suggest that if you haven’t played this title yet to wait and get it on the next-gen console. The difference between these two versions is vast and so will the already well-made experience be.
