PlayStation Announces State of Play For June 4th, 2025

As we reported yesterday, PlayStation has just announced a State of Play for June 4th. The broadcast will be longer than 40 mins and will air at 2pm PT / 5pm ET / 11pm CEST | June 5 at 6am JST. You can watch it live on Twitch and YouTube.

We are expecting a lot of announcements, but of course fans are already begging the publisher to not push any more unnecessary remasters, so we will have to be prepared for disappointment and hype should that happen.

Stop me if you’ve heard this one before; a guy’s significant other is randomly kidnapped by a maniacal villain and he sets out to rescue her. It’s a heavily familiar setup, albeit one with a couple of highly familiar twists to bolster it. Twisted Tower’s art direction is overly reminiscent of Bioshock too, but strong level design alongside an above-board presentation and entertaining gameplay make it worth playing despite the cliches.
