‘Time To Party’ is the main quest for Rocky Ridges in Pokémon Pokopia, and you’re tasked with creating the best party. Just like ‘Yawn Up A Storm’ and ‘Brighten Things Up,’ you must complete a few different requests to lead up to this quest’s completion. If you’re a little lost, don’t worry. Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to finish the ‘Time To Party’ quest in Pokémon Pokopia.
How to complete ‘Time To Party’ quest in Pokémon Pokopia
Scorbunny will start this quest by pointing out the noise coming from the caves, and you’ll meet DJ Rotom, who insists on starting a party. To do this, you must raise the mood, which can be done in this series of requests:
1. Chef Dente will first ask you to clear the party area of all the Volcanic Ash. You must also place the large cooking pot somewhere in the party area.
2. Talk to DJ Rotom, who wants you to bring him at least 1 CD to play music. You can find CDs by breaking glowing blocks that randomly spawn around the world.
3. Talk to Professor Tangrowth, and he’ll ask you to find one large lost relic to display in the party area. You can also find these by breaking random glowing blocks.
4. Decorate the area using items that would look nice at a party, as it will help raise the mood score to 100. I used balloons, hanging decorations, and extra tables.
5. Talk to Chef Dente, and he will ask you to make 5 Party Platters and fill them with different foods. Make these foods in the kitchen and place the Party Platters with the food around the party area.
6. Talk to DJ Rotom, who wants to raise the mood by bringing along a Pokémon with the Hype specialty. He will suggest Ludicolo, so make his Uplifting Duckweed habitat by using the Leafage ability on water. Once he appears, have Ludicolo follow you to DJ Rotom, and he will eventually notice the Pokémon’s presence.
7. By now, you should have a mood score of 100. Chef Dente will suggest making curry in the large cooking pot. You need x15 Leppa Berries, x15 Wheat, x15 Beans, and x5 Honey. Bring along the Pokémon who can help cook the meal, and then start cooking.
It’ll only take around 5 minutes for them to finish cooking, and once it’s done, you can start the party! All the noise you make will cause Volcanion to show up at the top of the volcano, so climb up and speak with him.
