As the developers over at Motive Studios continue to work hard on the Dead Space Remake, they have taken the time to host a live deep-dive session. This first session focused on the audio aspects of the game, giving excited and interested fans an hour-long look into the Sound of Fear Reimagined. They even shared sectioned versions of the audio session separately, so you’ll find my two personal favorites here; the A.L.I.V.E. system and Audio Occlusion.
Along with this first deep-dive session, publisher EA provided some news on the games release window and the team’s next deep-dive session. For the part most of us want to know, they are officially aiming to release the remake in early 2023! As for the next deep-dive session, it will be held in May 2022 with a focus on the art design for the game.
I’m personally excited for the Dead Space Remake and can’t wait to play through the game again. It is one of the first games I took the time to earn the Platinum trophy for on my PlayStation 3 and I can’t wait to do it all again!
