When exploring Rhodes Hill as Grace in Resident Evil Requiem, you’ll find a corpse in the Examination Room (the same room with a safe to unlock) that’s missing two artificial organs. The only way to get the wristband on the corpse is to find the Artificial Lungs and Artificial Heart, but their locations aren’t so obvious. We’ll help you find the missing organs to fill the Examination Room corpse.
Corpse missing organs locations in Resident Evil Requiem
Artificial Lungs
To get the Artificial Lungs for the corpse, you need to start by finding the box that holds them. They’re in a locked box in the Garage, so once you’re inside, make your way to the back, and you can pick up a blue Organ Transport Box.
You’ll then need to find the instructions to open this box, which can be found by unlocking the Sun/Moon/Star puzzle in the Lead Researcher’s Office. First, grab the Corrosive in the Conference Room just down the hall. Head back to the Lead Researcher’s Office, wait for the cutscene to end, and then you can use the photos in the office to solve the puzzle.
The solution is Star - Sun - Moon - Sun, and inside are the instructions for unlocking the Organ Transport Box. Follow the instructions, and inside will be the Artificial Lungs.
Artificial Heart
You can get the Artificial Heart by finding it inside Cold Storage in Rhodes Hill’s West Wing. To open this door, you need the Wrench, which is in the Custodian’s Office.
Take the wheel off the Cold Storage door, use the Wrench on it, then enter to find the Artificial Heart hanging in the middle of the room.
Once you have both organs, bring them to the Examination Room and place them inside the corpse. The corpse will come alive, and after killing it, you can pick up the level 2 wristband.
Now that you’ve completed this puzzle, you should also make sure you’ve figured out how to open the Pantry in Resident Evil Requiem.
