A genre that has been growing over the last few years is gaining yet another title, but this time with a magical twist. Developers Depth Buffer have officially announced their next upcoming title Music Mage: Conductor of Chaos with a glimpse at the gameplay. Doubling on the announcement, the trailer is their Kickstarter trailer, providing an early link to their upcoming Kickstarter campaign for the game.
The main thing that makes this game stand out over others is that it allows players to import their own music into the game so they can jam to their favorite songs while taking on the many waves of enemies sent to attack them. Runs of Music Mage can take anywhere from a few minutes to hours, depending on what music or playlist the player chooses. Whether players wish to rage to heavy metal while smashing skeletons or dance to pop tunes as they gracefully cast spells, monsters await their incoming doom!
