While shows like ELeague are popping up in the states, BBC is resurrecting their old show Time Commanders! I've never heard of the show previously, but it appears to be a show in which two teams compete in historic battles using the same engine for Rome: Total War. The whole sequence looks goofy, but I'm a sucker for RTS action and could definitely get into this!
I also like how the commentators bring historical context to the action on the screen! Looks like the show begins Monday evening on BBC 4. Check here for local listings or to watch more clips of the series!
