I know this news may come as a shock to you, but Crash Bandicoot looks better on PS4 than it originally did on PS1! That revelation should be met with a "no duh" by all who read this, but graphical enhancements aren't the only improvement to the series you'll notice in the remaster. Digital Foundry took some time analyzing the footage and revealed the many mechanics of the game have been tweaked for the better and the gameplay experience revamped for a modern audience. DF kind of hints that the game may not be as difficult as the original but are very careful in saying it so I'm not for sure if that's what they meant.
In the end, the result is a prettier game with a lot more character you should expect to enjoy in 2017.
