Sony Releases The Last of Us Complete: Collectors Edition Trailer - Fans Upset

It’s no secret that Sony has been actively pushing the limits to re-releases and charging players a markup for the PS4 owners of those games. A practice that is soon being shared by Nintendo with the launch of the Nintendo Switch 2.

In its latest attempt to remind fans that The Last of Us 3 is not a priority for them - more than 5 years since the release of The Last of Us Part 2 on the PS4, Sony thought it would be smart to release a complete collection that has both games, 4 issues of the American Dreams comic, and some art that would cost $110 USD to fans.

The tweet below has some replies to talk about the lack of Naughty Dog’s focus on Last of Us Part 3, and how their focus on Intergalactic is upsetting a lot of gamers.

Even the trailer on YouTube is getting a lot of hate from fans in the comments and dislikes.

As you can see, the topic is definitely a touchy subject for fans and Naughty Dogs lack of communication certainly isn’t helping them. While Neil Druckmann did coyly mention in an interview that they have “one more story to tell” with regard to The Last of Us, fans are still waiting for news on a new entry over being sold a remaster of a PS3 game, and a remaster of a PS4 game subsequently.
