Stuntman: Hollywood Goes Jurassic

After playing Stuntman: Hollywood at Summer Game Fest, I’ve been waiting to see more about what iconic franchises they might bring to the mix, and I have to say Jurassic World was not one I was expecting, but it’s a VERY welcome surprise. Announced at gamescom during the Xbox broadcast Stuntman: Hollywood will allow players to perform epic stunts with some scaley friends.

So far, we know Stuntman: Hollywood will feature Fast & Furious, Back to the Future, Knight Rider, Earthquake, Miami Vice, and now Jurassic World. This lineup of movies is major, but it’s also expected because they have an official partnership with Universal Pictures. I’m sure this isn’t the last of the announcements to come, but a few more movies I’d like to see included are The Blues Brothers and Mad Max. John Landis is known for wreaking havoc on practical car stunts, destroying more than 100 real cars for The Blues Brothers. And Mad Max would offer up a great change of scenery with the desert landscape, fitting in nicely with Jurassic World.

There is currently no release date for Stuntman: Hollywood, just know I’m ready for it. For more video game updates check out our Everything You Need to Know About Stage Tour article.
