So, you’ve probably come across some giant rocks or cracked walls in The Adventures of Elliot: The Millennium Tales — and if you’ve ever played a Zelda-style game, you’ve almost certainly ascertained that you’ll need bombs for these. You’re in luck, as we’ll tell you how to get your hands on bombs in The Adventures of Elliot below.
How to get bombs in The Adventures of Elliot
To get bombs in The Adventures of Elliot, you’ll first need to progress a few hours into the main campaign, so be aware of some minor spoilers here. Eventually, you’ll pass through a door that takes you to the Age of Reconstruction, an entirely new period of time.
Continue the main story just a bit further until you’re asked to head through the northern gate of Littlehope. Once you’ve been given this task, simply leave through the exit to the north, then make your way immediately to the right.
Here, you’ll find a questgiver named the Shrewd Client near some giant rocks blocking your path to the west, and he’ll grant you the quest “Blow Your Troubles Away.” This is required to make progress in the game, so go ahead and accept the quest and follow the steps, which include chatting up the shopkeeper and defeating some foes with bombs for him. After you finish with the shopkeeper in Littlehope, you can return to the giant rocks near the Shrewd Client and destroy them with a bomb.
When all is said and done, you’ll now permanently be able to use bombs to destroy any rocks or cracked walls you see around the world. If you run low on these useful items, keep in mind that you can find them by destroying things in the environment, killing enemies, or buying them from the shopkeeper.
The Adventures of Elliot is available now on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch 2, and PC.
