Following the successful PC launch a few weeks ago, Bethesda Softworks and Zenimax Online Studios have announced that the new High Isle expansion to The Elder Scrolls Online has been made available on consoles. The game’s more-than-20-million-player userbase will finally be united in the fight against evil, as PC and console players will explore the Breton homeland together for the first time.
The Systres Archipelago, which takes inspiration from the real-world Mediterranean, is a never-before-seen locale in the Elder Scrolls series. As players explore the homeland of the Bretons, they can choose to partner with two new companions: Ember, the magic-wielding Khajiit, and Isobel, the dutiful knight.
Aside from the new companions and new questing zone, there’s also Tales of Tribute, a new, card-based minigame. Like other card games in RPGs, players will be able to play against a host of NPC characters to increase their ranking in the game’s unique leveling system. Tales of Tribute even boasts its own storyline and quests.
Elder Scrolls Online: High Isle is available now for PC, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PlayStation 4|5 platforms.
