The atmospheric and intense narrative adventure that originally launched on Steam earlier this year is making its way on to both PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. Developed by One-O-One Games, The Suicide of Rachel Foster is going to take new players on a chilling trip to an abandoned Montana hotel, set in the year 1993. This sudden console release announcement was provided by their publisher Daedalic Entertainment with the trailer above.
After receiving a phone call in regards to her recently passed father, a young woman finds that she must return to the hotel her family owned. She quickly finds herself facing the terrifying situation of being trapped within the hotel with the ghosts of the past. With only a will to overcome the mystery of her family’s past and an old cellular phone, she sets out to unveil what can only be a horrible truth.
This intense first-person investigation is going to be full of heavy themes and melancholy through its multilayered narrative.
