Are you ready ready for a Witcher 4 announcement!? Too bad, because it’s not happening this year! However, CD PROJEKT RED and Netflix are teaming up for their first-ever WitcherCon, a global online celebration of The Witcher franchise! The event planners have now released further details of what to expect, and it looks fantastic!
As part of the lineup, CD PROJEKT RED will be hosting numerous panels, interviews, discussions, and presentations. In addition to all of this, there will be multiple musical performances by composer Marcin Przybyłowicz and folk metal band Percival. Their music may be familiar to those who’ve played The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt since both were part of the game’s original score.
WitcherCon will be divided into two streams on July 9th. The first will kick off at 1:00 PM ET, and the second will air at 9:00 PM ET. You can view it live on Twitch or YouTube, with some perks baked in for each respective platform. Apparently, both will feature unique and exclusive content for their viewers.
