Xbox Games With Gold Announced For January

Microsoft is starting off the new year with great games on Xbox as Games With Gold launches its first offering of 2020. In January, players will be able to grab the fantasy stealth game Styx: Shards of Darkness, the narrative journey Batman: The Telltale Series, the tournament brawler Tekken 6, and the epic Star Wars puzzle adventure LEGO Star Wars II: The Original Trilogy.

This is an exclusive offer for Xbox Live Gold members, but that also includes any subscribers to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate.

Here’s a brief synopsis on each game from Xbox Wire:

Styx: Shards of Darkness (Available January 1st to 31st on Xbox One)

Tekken 6 (Available January 1st to 15th on Xbox One & Xbox 360)

Test your reflexes against the best fighters in the world in Tekken 6. In the sixth version of the King of the Iron Fist Tournament, choose from a wide field of combatants, each with their own brand of deadly techniques and combinations. Featuring fast-paced action and deep character customization, discover why this series is among the top of its genre.

LEGO Star Wars II: The Original Trilogy (Available January 16th to 31st on Xbox One & Xbox 360)

Return to the epic saga from a long time ago in a galaxy far, far away in LEGO Star Wars II: The Original Trilogy. Play through all three of the original Star Wars films in the tongue-in-cheek LEGO style and humor. You’ll enjoy endless hours brick-building your way to adventure with over 50 of your favorite Star Wars characters.
