You can now get a 500gb Xbox One for $249 in the U.S. according to The Verge. That's a full $100 below PS4 and just forty dollars lower than the Wii-U. Who knows what the play is in this move? My guess is Microsoft is trying it's best to win late adopters over and keep Sony from continuing to dominate the lions share of the console gaming market. The price cut comes at a time where the company is set to have the biggest Fall launch they've had in awhile with several big names coming out on the platform.
I just can't believe we live in a world where the Wii-U is the second most expensive console! That's insane! It also pisses me off that I am an early adopter and paid close to double the price for the exact same thing. Do you think the price cut is a good move for Microsoft? Do you care?
