This year marks the 20th anniversary of Xbox and they have released the biggest title fans have been waiting for. In celebration of the 20 years of console gaming, Xbox and 343 Industries have released the free online multiplayer for Halo Infinite! Players can get in on the action through their Xbox Game Pass on both Console and Cloud versions, as well as straight off of Steam for PC users.
This launch of the Halo Infinite multiplayer comes out as Season 1: Heroes of Reach. This first season will run until May 2, 2022, so players have quite a bit of time to complete their battle pass. The battle pass offers free and premium tracks accounting for more than 100 unlockable items. The best part is, if you purchase a Halo Infinite Premium Battle Pass, it will not expire! So, if you jump in later in the season or can’t complete it by May, no worries, you’ll be able to progress on your own terms.
As for the campaign, that is set to launch on December 8th. Those interested in diving into that can pre-order the game today. Until then, all the excitement is waiting for you on the online beta servers!
