Annapurna Interactive has become renowned over the years for its innovative indie titles, and they’re ready to share their next crop of exciting games later this month. Annapurna showed up to the Summer Game Fest kickoff presentation to reveal that they’ll be hosting a showcase of their own at the end of June.
Titled the Annapurna Interactive Showcase, the presentation will debut on June 29th, 2023, and will feature “reveals, announcements, and one of our biggest announcements yet,” according to the teaser’s YouTube description. The trailer itself features footage from a variety of Annapurna titles, all of which have either already been released or announced.
Annapurna is known for publishing an eccentric and eclectic mix of indie games, from the immersive mystery The Outer Wilds to the dazzling Solar Ash. Annapurna has made a reputation for itself in the gaming space, which is a remarkable feat on its own considering the publisher’s origins as a film production studio.
Annapurna does still have a few announced titles that have yet to release, such as the whimsical RPG Thirsty Suitors. Footage of the game can be seen in the teaser trailer, so it’s likely that it'll appear at the showcase later this month.
Fans won’t have to wait much longer to see what Annapurna has in store, as the Annapurna Interactive Showcase kicks off on June 29th, 2023 at 12 pm PT/3 pm ET.
