Sometime after getting The Stench of Corruption in Arc Raiders, you should get Apollo’s Paving the Way quest, one of a few missions that have to do with stopping sectors from collapsing due to earthquakes. The first step is to find a researcher’s note in an ENELICA building, then find research data in Buried City.

This quest will have you hopping between maps, and the first step gives you a choice between more than one location. Without much guidance, this mission can be a bit confusing, so here’s how you can finish the Paving the Way quest in Arc Raiders.

How to complete Paving the Way in Arc Raiders

First off, you must visit any ENELICA building and find a notice board. The easiest one to reach is the Water Treatment Control building on Dam Battlegrounds, but I also managed to finish this part at the ENELICA building at Control Tower. Just look for their blue logo on the outside of a building.

The reason you should pick Water Treatment Control is that the notice board you need to interact with is right outside the building’s front entrance. After searching the notice board, you can continue the rest of the match like normal, as the next part of the quest will be in Buried City.

Once you’re in Buried City, head to the building marked on the map above and reach the top floor. You can either head inside from the bottom floor or zipline into the building, as I did.

No matter the method, find the highest floor that isn’t the roof, and you’ll see a room with a desk full of monitors. Interact with the computer, and you’ve done everything needed for this quest!
