Luckily, you can follow a few easy steps to fell your first tree and upgrade that gear ASAP!
Follow these simple steps to cut down trees and get timber:
Find a Logging Axe laying around any camp or trail or purchase on from any general shop in Hernand town
Almost any tree can be cut down including all around the first area
Select your weapons/gear (F2 default) and select the Logging Axe
Focus and aim on any tree trunk, making sure the focus point turns blue and not red
Strike and gather your timber and fine timber then enjoy!
