A new indie studio called Different Monster has announced their launch title and it is quite an interesting one! Their game is an adventure horror thriller called Macabre Museum and it will have players attempt to escape various dangers as they venture across time to Ancient Egypt, Historic Mesoamerica, and beyond. Best of all, this can be done either solo or with up to three friends in 4-player co-op!
This title is a nod to childhood favorites delivered in a dark, adrenaline-inducing action-packed game. Step through the doors of the museum and enter worlds inspired by the wonders of exploration and history. Journey through nightmarish exhibits, face swarms of creatures, fight monsters, and have to use your smarts to find the way out.
Macabre Museum doesn’t have a release date, but it is set to launch on PC via Steam. Hopefully, we will see it come to consoles as well. Until then, are you prepared to take a terrifying tour beyond the limits of time and space?
