Game director Mathijs de Jonge from Guerrilla is on hand to provide a more detailed examination of what the team is trying to create with the sequel.
The map is bigger. The gameplay is deeper—literally, in some cases. And the mystery has widened to include other parts of the futuristic world that Aloy protects.
With more tribes, new machines, and other dangers, it will be up to Aloy to stave off the end of the world… again.
I can’t wait for this release, which is expected next year in 2021. I loved the first game, and I will take any opportunity to return to that stunning world. And with the PS5’s power and performance, I’m sure it will be visually breathtaking.
