There are 18 Masks you can find across the different chapters of Reanimal. You and your friend, if you’re playing in co-op, can put these Masks on top of your heads to wear as you venture through the dark, disturbing world.
Even during your first playthrough, you may not find every single Mask available, as they’re typically hidden or off the beaten path. If you’re interested in collecting them all, though, here’s how you can find every Mask in Reanimal.
All Masks in Reanimal and where to find them
Chapter 1: Dead in the Water
The first Mask you will find in Reanimal is behind a door in the sewers of the Mill. After climbing up a ladder, to your right will be the sewer where you spot your first missing friend. Instead, go left and you’ll eventually find a door on the left side of the room.
Head through the door, and you’ll be outside on a metal ledge. At the end of the ledge is a crack in the wall you can squeeze your way through. Head inside, and you’ll see the Bird Mask.
This next mask is hidden in this locker room. Open the locker on the right side of the room, and after opening it, you can walk through it to enter a hidden room. You should see the Worm Mask in this room.
Before you add all the wheels to the trolley on the railroad, head to the right-hand side and walk through the door on the bottom right side. Follow the platform until you make it to another room. Inside this room is the Conch Mask.
Chapter 2:The Cleaning House
Upon making it to the village, lift up the garage to find a clothing shop. Head to the left behind the counter to find a crack in the wall. Crawl through, and you’ll be in a room with a giant pig head and a smaller Pig Mask on the ground.
In the right-hand corner of the main square is a door with planks nailed to it. You will need to come back here once you have the crowbar. Break the planks once you get the crowbar from the cinema, and inside you’ll find a critter running around with a traffic cone. Kill the critter with your crowbar, and it will give you the Cone Mask.
Chapter 3: After the Flood
The next mask you’ll find is hiding amongst the orange flower field. Head to the left side of the field until you find a small clearing with a scarecrow. Hit the scarecrow with your crowbar, and then kill the critter to get the Deer Head.
Chapter 4: No Shelter
Once you’ve made your way into the clock tower room, head into the secret room on the right-hand side. You should see a critter crawl out of the room. Now, head back into the main room and kill the critter to get the Bucket Mask.
In the food hall, you must kill all the spider kids in the room. Watch the spider kid with the crown, as he will try to escape before you can get his crown. He will climb down and run behind the throne, so kill him before he can get away. You can get the Crown Mask on the ground once he’s dead.
After killing the spider kids in the room with all the beds, you will find yourself in a long vertical corridor. Instead of going forward, head south, and you’ll see a crack. Shimmy through the crack, and you’ll see a plant in the ground. Uproot the plant to get the Plant Mask.
Chapter 6: Nobody Left Behind
When you reach the generator outside of the bunker, push the crate nearby until it falls to the beach below. After inputting the code on the console inside, jump down the platform onto the beach. Then, head to the left end of the beach. There, you should find a critter with a fish on it. Kill the critter to get the Fish Mask.
After shooting the Brook Horse with the cannon, get back inside your boat and head to the path that was blocked by the creature. Drive the boat through the path, and at the end of it, turn right. Drive along the cliffs until you see mines blocking the path.
Harpoon the mines to explode them, and boat through the path to a beach. Beach the boat, and ahead of you, you will find a Package Mask.
Once you insert the eye into the whale, the characters will take off their diving costumes. After they take them off, pick up both of the diving helmets to get two Diving Masks.
Chapter 7: The Spoils
Right before you get into the trenches, head right and pull up a steel door. Crawl under the door into a hidden room, and you’ll see the Bush Mask.
At the beginning of the trench, after passing the shotgun soldier, shimmy through the crack in the broken wall on the right side. You will see the Mine Mask in this area.
After the shotgun soldier, you’ll see another one blocking your path. Run away to avoid getting caught in his explosion, then go past him. On the left, you can squeeze through a crack in the wall to get the Rabbit Mask.
Once you’re in the surgery room of the hospital, crouch under the desk on the right side of the room and into the next room. In this room will be the Amphibian Mask.
Chapter 8: The Watcher
After leaving the room where you shot the hanging soldier for the key, interact with the oven door to open it. A critter will run out of it, so chase the critter back to the room with the hanging soldiers. Kill the critter with one of the guns available to obtain the Gas Mask.
