In celebration of their sequel titles release in just a few days, publisher Focus Home Interactive and developers Asobo Studio have released an official music video for A Plague Tale: Requiem. Of course, a regular music video wouldn’t do and so they teamed up with popular violinist Lindsey Stirling who played the game’s main theme.
Beyond talented, as always, Stirling gives us a special rendition of the theme that is played over a specially edited music video for the game. There is a reason her mesmerizingly choreographed and costumed performances have placed her among the most-watched stars on YouTube and she brought that talent and effort to this performance as well. Dressed in an outfit inspired by A Plague Tale’s protagonists, Amicia and Hugo de Rune, her poignant rendition of the game’s theme evolves in a lush environment inspired by the landscapes of A Plague Tale: Requiem, mixed with an exhilarating flow of footage from the game.
This special tribute is a perfect celebration of the heartrending adventure into a brutal, breathtaking adventure. A Plague Tale: Requiem will release on October 18th for Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5, PC via Steam and Epic Games Store, and in Cloud Version on Nintendo Switch. It will also be available on Game Pass for both Xbox and PC. Keep in mind that it isn’t too late to pre-order the game and snag the collector’s edition they announced as well.
