With so many locked, red interactables on the map in Phantom Blade Zero, you would probably want to get hold of the weapon, or in this case, the Phantom Edge that seals the deal. The bow is similar, offering some range but also opening up access to goodies and resources. It is also slightly missable. Here is how to get the bow in Phantom Blade Zero.
How to get the bow in Phantom Blade Zero
The bow, officially known as the Feather Bow, is one of the first Phantom Edges you unlock in the game. In my case, it was also one of those items I didn’t know where to find. How so? Because I completely skipped talking to the quest giver.
So, instead of going in blindly, you will need to find the Brooding Old Archer located at the Outpost in the Weeping Creek Valley. Follow the location above, and you will see him sitting on a roof. He will task you with getting rid of archers gone astray.
The Ruthless Archer Camp is located right to the west of the Valley Sha-Chi Tower. Expect lots of arrows shooting at you, so be quick, run, and get rid of these annoying archers at once. Do so through every level, and once you get rid of the final one, you will be left with a damaged bow.
Return to the Brooding Old Archer, and he will fix it, granting you the Feather Bow as a reward. You can use this Phantom Edge to shoot down packages, which will reward you with Remnant Dust and other resources.
Finally, if you happen to defeat the archers first before talking to the Old Archer, as I did, you can just talk to him twice, and he will give you the Feather Bow.
