NACON and Eko Software are showing off a list of official national teams that will be in Rugby 22, the upcoming addition to their franchise. The new entry is set to release on January 27, 2022 on PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S.
With the experience and success of Rugby 18 and Rugby 20, the studio is promising their new game will have many improvements over previous entries. The AI will be more realistic, a new difficulty mode has been added, the faces of star players will now use photogrammetry for realism, and other gameplay tweaks are going to take this series to a whole new level.
The developers are also reporting the additions of all-new major national teams to their license. New teams include the Wallabies and All Blacks, both famous teams from Australia and New Zealand!
