Niantic has revealed a brand-new event for Pokémon GO celebrating Pokémon Legends: Z-A, kicking off on October 16. During the limited-time event, Trainers can expect an increase in Mega Raids, themed missions featuring Chikorita, Totodile, and Tepig, and new avatar items inspired by Lumiose City Trainers appearing in the shop.
Completing the special Timed Research will earn players XP, Candy, a Poffin, and encounters with one of the three featured first partner Pokémon, each appearing with a themed background. Whichever Pokémon you choose will also have an increased chance of being attracted to Daily Adventure Incense throughout the event. On top of that, evolving select Pokémon during this period will grant them exclusive Charged Attacks, making the event an exciting opportunity for both collectors and battlers alike.
