Ride the Rails, the newest game in the Iron Rails series from Capstone Games, will not be available for preorder after March 16th.

Ride the Rails is a game for 3-5 players, and it will finish in an hour or so. The game involves players investing in railroad companies and laying track across the continental United States. The more extensive the infrastructure, the more passengers that can be ferried between cities in America. Ride the Rails is played over multiple rounds, and each round will feature a new railroad company with specific rules, so players will have to be strategic in order to win.

Capstone Games is the publisher of popular games like Watergate and Pipeline, so expect a high-quality tabletop experience.

If you preorder Ride the Rails now, you can get two expansions for free with the base game. And players will get their copy of the game earlier than the retail release of Ride the Rails, so there’s an incentive to order now if you’re interested.
