If there’s one thing to say about Turtle Beach, it’s that it does a great job of giving players some very pretty-looking controller options, especially for the Nintendo Switch 2! The Rematch Wireless Controller is ergonomically comfortable, connects seamlessly, has a great battery life, and even glows in the dark! I was surprised by just how well it glows in the dark too! This is a total no-brainer if you’re in need of a solid Switch controller.

TB Recon 70 Headset (Switch) - $39.99

Of course, if I’m going to be gaming on my Switch with a controller, that means I’m going to need a good headset! The Recon 70 Headset uses the tried and true Turtle Beach Recon headset model to give us a sense of familiarity when gaming. Though this isn’t going to be the headset to end all headsets, this budget option is great if you just need something to take on the go or if you’re in the market for something for your little ones.

Afterglow Wave Wired Controller (Xbox) - $49.99

Speaking of having something for kids, the Afterglow Wave Wired Controller is just the thing to have in your collection if you need that backup controller to hand to your kids. The controller itself is a very sturdy one, and even offers players a helpful mute button for microphones. Though a wired controller might be a turn-off for some, you have to remember that it’s not always convenient to have to charge controllers all of the time, and also, this one GLOWS! The colors are a brilliant rainbow of hues that bring me back to being a little girl and seeing those original Afterglow controllers at GameStop and Walmart.
