tinyBuild and fluckyMachine have just released their co-op sailing adventure out into the wild. Trash Sailors will allow you to take on the challenging seas with up to 4 friends while you tend to the raft, fight off dreadful sea creatures, and dodge floating obstacles on your journey across the trash-ridden sea.

Post-trash tsunami, it’s up to you and your friends to navigate the garbage waters while ironically sailing on a literal junk skip. Fishing for resources will be the key to survival in this hectic adventure. Trash isn’t the only obstacle to avoid, however. Pirates, swamp crocodiles, and robot sharks all threaten the crew’s lives. Luckily you will be equipped with weapons to defend yourself from these hungry foes.

Survival comes with the sweet satisfaction of discovery! There will be plenty of collectibles to find along your journey such as pirate maps and hidden treasure chests. Some of the various levels to unlock will include drowned cities, frozen seas, gloomy swamps, and more.

The hand-drawn art style is certainly appealing and gives the game a cheeky charm. I can see this being a great co-op contender to the likes of Overcooked or even Moving Out.

Trash Sailors is available now on PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch for $19.99. It is also available on PC via Steam.
