If a brand new space adventure ripe with countless decisions, exploration, and intertwining politics then you’ve to the right place. Developed by Sernur.Tech, who is now partnered with German Publisher Gameforge, is the brand new title Trigon: Space Story. This new title has been officially announced to be releasing sometime in 2022 for PC via Epic Games and Steam.
Initially beginning as a pet project, this sci-fi adventure has sprouted into a fully-fledged indie title packing all the big hitters for a potential instant classic. With the highly successful Faster Than Light title being the team’s main inspiration, we are hoping to receive a finished product that encompasses the same level of spacey goodness with a few modern enhancements.
Trigon: Space Story puts the player in the captain’s seat of their very own, fully upgradable starship. This is where the meat and potatoes of Trigon really come through. You, as the player, will be in charge of this ship as a whole, from managing its day-to-day tasks to handling the politics of other factions and races. Needless to say, we are very excited to see some of this starship customization up close and personal.
Sernur.Tech has come into the indie game scene swinging and has shown they really care about the game they are making and games they plan to make in the future. With Trigon: Space Story dropping sometime in 2022, we can’t wait to get our hands on this first release title and see for ourselves what this new studio can bring to the indie games table.
