Action-platformer title Through The Nightmares is celebrating Halloween by releasing an updated demo for players to try out! Not only that, but the Sandman Team has added a special holiday event that will reward those who complete it with a unique customized resurrection flask. Their original demo alone managed to land on our Top 5 Indie Game Demo’s from the Summer Steam Next Fest, so it is definitely worth checking out.
This atmospheric hardcore title comes with the unique mechanic of changing the main character's size. You will have to be in the role of Sandman wandering the world of children's nightmares, to find children in them and overcome their fears. The updated demo will present a reworked intro cutscene, various little updates to balancing, visuals, and gameplay, plus they added localization for both the Ukrainian and Turkish languages.
As for their spooky event, players will need to find and break pumpkins throughout the levels. As a prize, they will receive a unique skin for the resurrection flask. The event will be available until November 7th.
