While Phantom Blade Zero will often lend you a hand in finding quest locations and items, it will also send you on the occasional blind quest where you’ll have no other choice but to explore. Finding a Flesh Lily for Yu’er is one of those tasks that will have you scrambling if you’re not the turning every stone type of player. No worries, here is where to find the Flesh Lily in Phantom Blade Zero.
Where to find the Flesh Lily for Yu’er in Phantom Blade Zero
Once you get comfortable enough with the game while at Weeping Creek Valley, you will inevitably come across Yu’er. She is a woman desperately looking for a cure for her father, who has fallen ill. Her solution? Something called a Flesh Lily.
Despite its ominous name, you and Soul will agree to search for the Flesh Lily. Unfortunately, contrary to other related collection quests, the Flesh Lily doesn’t show up on the map. So, if you just picked up the quest, continue with the main story past the Outpost and reach the Valley Sha-Chi Tower.
While on the tower’s first floor, circle the tower entirely and, on the north side, you will find a hole in the ground. Slide down the wooden bridge, defeat the foes, and keep walking north to find a path toward a boss encounter.
The fight, which occurs at the Flesh Lily Fields (oh boy, here we go!), is straightforward. Hua, Deadly Betrothed, will use summoned lilies to slow you down and hit you at a distance. Keep running and evading to prevent getting hit and staggered, and parry like there’s no tomorrow. A pretty straightforward fight.
Once you defeat Hua, you’ll get the Scarlet Wraithblade, a two-handed weapon. Walk toward Hua’s spawn point and interact with the item on the ground. You’ll pick up the Twin Flesh Lilies.
Use the crane bell to return to the Outpost and talk to Yu’er to give her the Flesh Lily, as requested.
